a sort of poorly understood names: ARTCOMP'99 and Chaos

ARTCOMP
Very, very doubtful thing! To understand why, rather
analyze the results of the past ARTCOMP'98. What we

The very idea of a virtual party of course is good and much
more democratic, since it does not require (nor allow) personal
presence. Did the work, sent to the organizers - wait

organizers!
My opinion in this matter is as follows: ARTCOMP'99 (if it) is
not deserves to Major'nye team to stand there the
Work ...
Chaos Constructions'99
Really do not want to offend Random'a (organizer CC'99), so
he respected me, man, but ...
CC'98 already been appointed on December 98 th year. Date not
explicitly convenient for the majority, and the venue, St
Petersburg, for many non-dipped ... The rules, distributed over
networks frightened of their leftism and sloppy language. They
said it was machine translation ... Yes, even a monkey! I
understood by these rules Only one - CC is not a simple
