     1. Hard group

     2. Soft group

     3. Users group


              1. Hard group


     On the edge station UT opens
section (or laboratory) SPECTRUM.

     Purpose: To provide the material base
and technical support to the fans, the leading (or trying to) 
work independently at home; 

     enable people to communicate, share ideas and achievements 
- 

     Combine in a working
group.

     Thus, for the development and laboratory
testing the ideas of hardware development
Spectrum will be invited to experienced amateurs. The results 
of the supposed document and, if possible, to publish. 

     In the days of the section novice users can get advice or
leave your computer for testing,
refinement, the connection of peripheral devices.


              2. Soft group


     As part of an informal association
ZX-club preparation to competition for
game, "Virus", is working to create
electronic journal.

Editorial policy e-zine


     Our plan is NOT to be "steeper
clouds "- read: compete with well-known
publications Spectrofon, ZX-Format and the like
them .. BUT the author's group will try to
maintain the log on the mark
today's requirements.

     Other topics will be formed
over time and with the development of feedback from the 
readership. 

     Not trusting the flow of readers' letters, it is assumed 
to cover the main areas of work with a computer and the 
Spectrum, In this connection, to declare a dominant theme of 
the next issue of the magazine. If among readers will be people 
who are inclined to journalism and concerned a topic - welcome 
to the correspondent cooperation.


     I am pleased to publish the independent work of Spectrum 
fans of all skill levels: from the successful drawing performed 
in a graphics editor to exchange of experiences in a highly 
specialized field. 

     Always welcome the author's description of the program and

     Write everything that you are familiar and

     The team of authors a weekly newspaper for students 
"compote" in principle not opposed to publishing, on the 
Spectrum. Preparing material for publication.
