               Hello dear readers!


    As you probably already guessed, the entire issue is 
devoted to outstanding event, the First Council of System 
Operators ZXNet.



    Previously we only looked timidly forward, now
otkryytoy confidently face the door and are ready to step into 
a new world called the world of computer networks.



    But the most pleasant thing in this perhaps is that 
everything is done our own hands without being told and of the 
handle. " If Sir Clive Sinclair could now find out about it, I 
do not I doubt he would have been, and is surprised and happy 
at the same time. However, the news even before it reaches (or 
perhaps we and he tell everything through Internet, a?).



    I congratulate all the sysops and users, and turn to
