After discussing the Organizing Committee Project rulesov
'Festival, we are publishing the first version of the rules. Of
course, in discussing the rules took attended by many members
of the organizing committee and independent experts, and thus
the contents of this document is the result of collective
creativity. And all the nuances of language, terminology, in a

International Festival of Computer Art "FunTop98"
held in Moscow on August 22 at the premises of Experimental
Secondary School No. 91 of the Russian Academy
Education, located at: ul. Cook,
d. 14.
This is the first event in Russia this kind, and entirely
entirely devoted to computer ZX-Spectrum. The main objectives
Festival - to establish contacts between producers,
exchange of ideas, presentations of new games and software
programs competitions with the winners being awarded cash
prizes.
To visit the Festival, you must first
send a request by one of the addresses specified in Section
"Contact information". Those interested may send their
photograph - it will be used for registration cards,
you can get at the entrance.
Entrance to the Festival of charge, estimated cost - 30
rubles (new money). To register in advance price
Admission is 1.5 times lower. The proceeds will be
used to reward winners and
cover organizational expenses.
At the Festival will open trade in software, where you not
only be able to purchase old and new programs, but also put on
selling its own copyrights (not competitive) work. In
the latter case, it is desirable to send them in advance.
Copyright compliance is guaranteed.
ENERAL rules of contests
By tradition, the Festival will be held contests work in the
following categories: demo, music and graphics.
From the same author / group of the competition shall not
exceed one work in each category. If the work is
the result of collective creativity, rather the presence of
at least one representative of the group.
Work submitted to the contest must be sent
in advance by e-mail or post or transmit personally
accompanied by information about authors and the work itself
(see sample application). Privacy and copyright compliance with
by the Organizing Committee is guaranteed. Last day of
registration works - August 8. Sent out later than this date
the work will be adopted only in exceptional circumstances and
if they allow circumstances. In the case of an excessive amount
of work will be a preliminary selection of a jury of various
authoritative cities, whose members do not participate in
competitions. Not passed selection of works will be shown out
of competition, if guests and the Festival participants will
express a desire for something, and will be included in the
collections.
During a contest works viewers will have to choose
three favorite and award them one to three points,
noting it on the form for voting. The photographers who took
the first three places on the number of points will be declared
winners and awarded prizes.

Graphics compo
Prohibited by a digitized or converted from other platforms
graphics, as well as his own arrangements of foreign works. In
the case of emergence of such suspicions, the author must
provide the jury intermediate phases of the composition.
Music compo
Allowed only on interrurt musical compositions

competition due to difficulty in determining their originality.

Maximum play time - 3 minutes.
