  Good morning! Again, in this issue NICRON'a I write an 
article about Telephony Moscow. But this time I just wanted to 
bring some data, you hear me on the television channel NTV.


  What will happen to us, with ZXNet (095), after the new year?

  First, the phone will only be paid by the end of the first 
half of 1998. To be more precise, in June-July (!!!). 

  Until that time the PBX will be prevention

  Secondly, until April 1998, all will be quiet. In April, will
