> Were there any instances where a UFO was causing any
dyam harm?
Currently, the U.S. government does not officially involved in
the investigation of UFO sightings, although there is some
evidence indicating that various government agencies continue
to secretly take an interest in this subject. In the past forty
years, however, was several projects and study groups that have
studied the UFO evidence, at least superficially. So as the UFO
phenomena is air, the Air Force U.S. from 1947 to 1969, several
projects to study the reports of UFOs. The most famous project
"Blue Book", held from 1952 to 1969. Although the these years,
received a large number of messages UFO reports, including
numerous testimonies of military and civilian pilots, and other
technical workers, the BBC announced UFO unrealistic. The
military considered the reports of UFOs seriously, fearing that
they can be used to confuse and interfere with normal the work
of U.S. intelligence and resources communication, thus making
America vulnerable for a sudden attack of some foreign powers.
Some military experts dopsukali possibility that the Soviet
Union with the help of captured German scientists developed the
technology, far exceeding American. Therefore, the Air Force
concluded that the study of UFO reports must continue until it
is proved that this possibility is unlikely. During
Research Air Force was able to explain most of the observations
of natural phenomena or mistakenly identified aircraft.
However, it remains a few hundred UFO reports are not so easily
measurable explained.
In 1966 in America, a wave
amazing UFO sightings were widely covered in the press.
Political leaders, particularly congressmen, experienced strong
pressure from voters who
required to explain their observations. The congress was
organized by an ad hoc committee which demanded that the Air
Force to give his explanation, once and for all resolve the
problem. In response, the Air Force signed a contract with
Colorado State University to conduct the final study of the UFO
phenomenon - studies, which were supposed to finally resolve
the issue and give it a UFO satisfying explanation of each
phenomenon. The project was headed by Professor Edward Condon,
a physicist, expressing negative opinions about life on other
planets and the reality of UFOs. Several participants in the
study (which became known, as the "Condon Committee") is open
and fair professor accused of hypocrisy and "Flirting" with the
public, thus demonstrating their biased attitude towards this
whole undertaking. Despite the heated fierce debate among
scientists, because of which were dismissed several members of
the committee, and Congress has organized its own Symposium on
UFOs, Condon Committee continued its work and, eventually,
published the final report. In conclusion, written by Professor
Condon said that more than 20 years experience
study of UFOs has not brought new scientific knowledge and
further study is not justified. Critics have accused the
Commission Condon, that her Report is not consistent with the
studied data and that the whole idea was a sham
outset. Despite the heated
controversy surrounding the Commission's report Condon
Air Force was clearly satisfied, and used
report as an excuse to close the project "Blue
Book "in December 1969.
Despite this, most ufologists believe the government has an
extensive bank of data on UFOs and secretly continued to study.
Their confidence has strengthened the fact that U.S.
intelligence institutions under public pressure
released some documents showing that they have accumulated
information on UFO, which is still classified as
Top secret. The Government does not
allow public access to these documents, despite numerous
attempts researchers see them through the "Law on
freedom of information "(Freedom of Information Act; FOIA),
which allows American citizens to get any government document,
the disclosure of which does not threaten national security.
In response to the government's reluctance to disclose
documents, a group of ufologists "ground-based observations of
UFOs" (Ground Saucer Watch) began legal action to declassify
documents on UFO sightings on military bases in 1970. After
as "ground-based observations of UFOs" come upon
financial difficulties of the case took another organization
"Citizens Against the secrecy surrounding the UFO (Citizens
Against UFO Secrecy; CAUS). While Citizens Against UFO secrecy
surrounding "argued that the disclosure of official information
on the UFO is not might bring damage to national security, the
U.S. secret agencies argued that it would jeopardize their
operation. Even when ufologists stressed
that they are only interested in information about UFOs
and anything related to American security, the government
flatly refused to release the information. In the end, Federal
Judge Gerhard Hessel at a closed meeting shared the fears of
the secret service about national security. Ufologists have
appealed the decision, utvrzhdaya that the hearing was unfair.
In Specifically, the panel stated that the judge did not
was allowed to review the materials, despite the fact that the
judge had to complete this right. In fact, the judge received
the Hessel only a general explanation of why the government can
not disclose the documents. These lengthy explanations, and he
served as the basis for a decision. While "citizens against the
secrecy surrounding the UFO "could not win the case, the
organization continues to work to get the desired documents
"Law on Freedom of info.
> Is it true that a UFO with aliens on board
that crashed and was picked up by U.S.
military?
Stories about crashed UFOs swirling
for many years but, until recently,
most people, including ufologists, treating them as nonsense.
However, recent studies reveal startling evidence to suggest
that perhaps a UFO crashed in the desert New Mexico in July
1947, Farmer William Breyzel discovered on their land
broad band covered a lot of strange debris. Materials with
unusual characteristics prompted Breyzela deliver some of the
wreckage in Roswell, State of New Mexico, to show them to the
authorities. Intrigued by the rubble, the commander of the
airbase, Colonel Blanchard Rozuellskoy ordered two officers of
the intelligence agencies to examine the crash site. These were
the major Jesse Marcel and Captain Sheridan Cavitt.
After reading their report, Col.
Blanchard gave a secret order surround the area. The debris had
been carefully collected and taken to army headquarters in
Fort Worth, Texas.
First Command Rozuellskoy base issued a press release, which
reported that is picked up "flying disc" as if
called UFOs. Soon, this press release was
refuted, and the media, trying to learn details about the
crash, have met with considerable difficulties. At a press
conference in Fort Worth reporters were told that the
intelligence officer and other employees Rozuellskoy airbase
made a mistake in identification of debris, which in fact
belonged weather balloon with an attached radar reflector.
Public interest waned and the events in Roswell became a part
of UFO folklore. Most ufologists have the official version of
government.
It was not until the late 70's, when Jesse Marcel decided to
publicly share their comments on the strange
debris and other aspects Rozuellskih events, and history of the
UFO crashed again alive. New evidence suggests that
Government hides the true circumstances of the crash, but
initial report of selected "flying disc" was indeed true.
Investigation circumstances of the crash continues along
with pressure on the U.S. government,
to end its policy of secrecy
UFO around and uncover the truth about what
Still crashed in the desert of
New Mexico that night in July 1947.
> Is there a secret alien base?
Do U.S. extraterrestrial technology?
Rumors about the existence of secret alien bases exist long
ago. It is said that these bases are located in different
places: on the moon on the ocean floor, often in tropical
forests. Some ufologists extremists believe that the aliens
have already come into contact with government. There are even
stories of alien objects on U.S.
military bases. Some people have gone
further, arguing that they were working on a secret project to
study UFOs have seen a UFO that is stored in military bases. In
Basically, people who talk about such secret bases aliens or
secret projects to study extraterrestrial
technology, are unreliable witnesses. Therefore, such evidence
should podhodzhit with caution until
is not provided reliable and independent confirmation narrated.
Do U.S. extraterrestrial technology -
remains a contentious issue. If history Rozuellskoy disaster is
true, then the answer to this question is positive and the U.S.
government has the opportunity to study the alien technology to
1947. Could the United States to understand and use this
technology - a different question. One of the researchers
speculated that bumerangoobrazny UFOs observed in mid-1980's in
the Valley Hudson, NY, was a top-secret
American aircraft-type of "stealth", based on the technology of
UFOs. Further studies are needed to prove or refute this
hypothesis.
> What is ARD?
OLO - it identified flying object. In
suschnnosti, it is natural or artificial
object mistaken for UFOs. About
90-95% of all reported UFOs, after the communication
experienced researcher become ARD. People take the natural
or other common objects for UFOs as
often can not recognize them or because of unusual weather
conditions, lack of knowledge or scarcity of certain natural
phenomena. For example, people are often mistaken for UFOs
planet Venus, because I do not know how bright it is in some
periods year. Sometimes as a UFO advocate stars
just above the horizon, which, due to
atmospheric disturbances and thermoeffect (eg, thermal)
often flickering red and blue.
Stars can also appear in motion,
approaching or receding from the observer,
due avtokinezom. This is a psychological phenomenon in which
the movement eyeballs of the observer creates the illusion that
bright object, visible in the darkness, moving.
Trying to distinguish UFOs from ARD, the researcher
should learn as much information
the observation, not while encouraging the witness to give
false details. Also it is important to study evidence of UFO
sightings began as early as possible until the witness
remembers the details.
It is interesting to note that the reports of ARD,
as well as a genuine UFO in the last
decade abated. For example, people
almost confused with UFO Venus or the new experimental
aircraft. Reasons causing a reduction in the number of reported
ARD worthy of serious study because they may shed light on the
nature of the UFO phenomenon. If UFOs are erroneous observations
identified natural or artificial objects, as many
Skeptics, why people do not confuse these
objects today? If messages are UFOs are the result of mental
problems, then Then it turns out that a decrease in
communications UFO ulusheniem associated with mental health. If
UFOs are a manifestation of unknown natural phenomenon, what
then happened to the Earth's nature, bringing
a decrease in reports of UFOs? The answers to these
and other questions may provide the missing
part of the puzzle of UFOs.
> Involved in a UFO to the injury of animals?
Not going down the controversy concerning the alleged link
between UFOs and the strange case of animal mutilation. A lot
of researchers argues that the unusual circumstances
surrounding the death of some animals indicate that the
interference of UFOs. They cite reports of strange lights
or aircraft near the fields where
later found mutilated animals. On
dead animals exhibit such physical evidence as stab wounds,
missing body parts, or lack of
complete absence of blood, indicating
that someone has deliberately and cleverly killed them
for some unknown purpose. Go to one of
popular theories on this subject is
possible conducting genetic experiments on them. Other
researchers including ufologists, are skeptical about the
possible UFO Communion, citing evidence indicating that the
earth causes such as disease and predators, can explain these
seemingly mystical deaths of animals. It also requires a
systematic study of the evidence before drawing a conclusion
about the attitude UFOs to the maimed animals.
> Who are the "men in black? Where Origin of
Rumors about the mysterious black helicopters
max?
Who are the "men in black? About them telling about how
human-like creatures who intimidate witnesses or UFO
researchers and threaten them. Their facial features and
behavior is described as bizarre. Their manners and speech -
harsh and formal - in something automatic and comical, but
nonetheless threatening. Version of who these men in black
include government Agents and extraterrestrial biorobots. One
popular theory holds that they are hallucinations, which are
experiencing people injured by contact with UFOs. Another says
that they are inveterate hoax.
Like the "people in black, speak of the mystical black
helicopters that threaten witnesses. They were seen in low
flight over houses and cars UFO witnesses, but have never seen,
so they landed. Some suggest that the military observation
helicopters, while others believe that a UFO disguised as
helicopters. It is also possible that the witness,
injured by contact with a UFO identifies the flight path of an
ordinary helicopter with his observation of UFOs relationship
based more on the mania of persecution rather than
concrete evidence.
> Are UFO's something to do with the "circular
Gum on the sidelines?
After more than a decade of thoughtful
observations, there is still no specific
evidence linking UFOs and "circles
fields. This phenomenon has many intriguing aspects that many
people want to ascribe an extraterrestrial civilization. These
include changes in cell structure plants, possible radiation
fluctuations soil samples and unusual geometric
parameters. These effects are exciting, but they
can not assume the results of
UFO.
Modern theories of origin "circles"
include unusual tornadoes, electromagnetic fields, microwave
radiation, the Earth energy and hoaxes. Some believe
that the complicated form of such structures indicates hoax,
however, in each of the cases are difficult to explain the
facts.
"Crop Circles" - a fascinating puzzle. Continued technology
exploitation undoubtedly shed light on this mystery.
> Involved in a UFO to the mysterious disappearance
Niyama people, aircraft and ships in Ber
mudskom triangle?
Taking into account the high rate of
intensity of air and sea traffic in the Bermuda triangle, the
current research in this area show that there occurs no more
disappearances than any other part of the World Ocean. In
general, the majority of disappearances have the usual
explanation that is not associated UFO or other paranormal
phenomena. However, some researchers believe that there are
cases of missing aircraft, associated with UFOs, such as the
disappearance of the five bombers in Avendzher 1945 off the
east coast of Florida during a routine training flight,
although the association with UFOs in this case was not
ever proved. Theory of the Bermuda
Triangle is based more on human imagination, rather than on
specific evidence.
However, there is one case involving
disappearance of the pilot with an airplane, and pertaining to
UFOs. In 1978, off the coast of Australia, on the opposite side
of the Bermuda triangle of the globe, young pilot Fred
Valentich reported that the it pursues a UFO. Suddenly, the
radio contact with Valentich was interrupted and no longer
renewed. Neither Valentich or his aircraft were never found
despite intensive air and sea searches. Although In this case
there is no positive evidence of involvement in the
disappearance of Valentich UFO, such a theory exists.
> Do the ancient astronauts relation to
beginning of human civilization and to
the construction of several ancient monuments,
such as the Egyptian pyramids?
Most ancient cultures have myths and
the legend of divine beings who came to Earth to help people in
the social and technological development of civilization. Many
scientists believe their stories and explain that people have
sufficient understanding and skills for the development of
mathematics, science and architectural knowledge to
construction of monumental buildings such as the Egyptian
pyramids.
> Are the true events portrayed
nye in the films "Close Encounters of the Third
type "and" ET "?
Films about UFOs and aliens, as well as many
other films belong to the genre naunoy
fiction. This is a product of a rich imagination of authors,
directors and professionals speeffektam. However, some
situations and elements depicted in these films, in a certain
way based on genuine experiences of UFO sightings. KUFOS, one
of the leading UFO organizations in the USA, has advised the
famous film director Steven Spielberg during the filming of
"close contacts of the third type. "Thus
many of the points depicted in the film, based on real cases.
Although these films depict what may be
UFO sighting in fact, always
remember that most of these films -
pure fiction and is not connected with the real
events.
The most interesting cases that may provide new knowledge about
the phenomenon UFOs are cases with a large number
Witnesses and messages when the UFO leaves any physical evidence
their stay. The physical evidence includes traces on the ground
and electromagnetic EFFECTS. Such cases are called "Close
Encounters of the second type. No less valuable are the
so-called "Radar and visual observation," when a UFO
simultaneously recorded on the radar screen
and visually.
One of the most famous "close encounters of the second type"
occurred in 1971 near the city of Delphos, Kansas, where
a teenage boy watching Ronald Johnson
a luminous object hovering low over the
land. When the object flew away on the spot over
which he hung was formed smoldering
ring. Analyses showed that the soil has undergone significant
physical and chemical changes, which were somewhat
months.
The most famous "radar-visual observation" occurred in 1952
over Washington, when air traffic controllers locked Several
UFOs, while the Air Force pilot reported strange lights,
describing circles around his plane. Air Force intelligence
service explained that the recorded radar
objects and observed strange lights were
caused by temperature inversion. Many
Scientists have rejected this explanation as implausible.
Another fascinating case of "radar-visual observation" occurred
July 17, 1957 year. Bomber U.S. Air Force RB-47 chased a UFO
for 700 miles over in four states of the Mississippi
to Oklahoma. Hour and a half object
experienced crew members, was recorded
electronic equipment the aircraft and ground-based radars. A
large number of witnesses, radar confirmation and duration of
the rejection of the possibility of erroneous perception or
malfunction radar. This case ostatetsya without explanation.
The most spectacular "radar-visual
Observation "came in 1991 from Belgium,
where military personnel and civilians have seen a UFO
triangular shape. Belgian Air Force published a radar records
show produced by the object fantastic maneuvers at unimaginably
high speeds, greatly exceeding capabilities of modern aircraft.
> Where and when is most often seen a UFO?
Are there any cases of UFO sightings, WHO
le my town?
Messages UFOs come from almost all corners of the globe.
However, in some countries recorded more reports of UFOs,
than in others. A large number of messages coming from the
United States, Argentina, Brazil, England, France, Italy,
Spain, Belgium and the CIS. Unlike these countries, fewer
messages coming from Mexico, Germany and India, given their
large population. No one is sure why the number of UFO reports
varies from country to country, but it is likely to affect
differences in cultural, religious and political factors.
In the United States, UFOs have been observed in
all states with the highest number of reported
in the northeast and southwest. Most of the observations occur
in sparsely populated areas, small towns and
near military installations. Statistical
analysis shows that most observations occur at around 9 pm and
the second peak of observations - at 3 o'clock. By weekdays UFO
reports are distributed uniformly, and on peak periods of the
year reports in the summer months, especially in July. Since
the beginning of the modern era of UFO an extraordinary number
of cases in the United States and around the world (the
so-called "Waves") were in the 1947, 1952, 1957,
1966 and 1973.
To determine whether UFO sightings near
your town (township, village), spend
some research work. Propagation of your relatives and friends
if they saw a UFO. You may be surprised how many people have
seen UFOs, but he never reported his observations. Some
researchers believe that only one of ten really communicate its
observation. Browse through local newspapers, especially
newspapers, printed during the so-called "waves" of
observations. You may can find reports and articles on
UFO. Most libraries keep Binder
old newspapers, which you can view. Try to read as much as
possible more good books on UFOs. You may find a message from a
UFO space in which you live.
