   On behalf of the system operators and coordinators of 
networks included in ZXNet (from 06/10/1996) I welcome all 
readers of ON-LINE in other cities and answer the most frequent 
questions asked in the correspondence on INTERNET. 


   First of all, recall the purpose of existence ZXNet: network 
created to link the users of the various platforms (primarily 
users of ZX-Spectrum). Thanks that, at the post exchange, no

through correspondence is conducted only with those who do not 
have INTERNET-address. 


   1. We register our new The Internet e-mail address, from 01

to a new address! 


   Our network uses a modem HAYES, Vicomm (only two) and
C-DOS. The last two of these work on the Spectrum, and
C-DOS - a fully automatic (with a dial and automatic two-way 
file transfer). Connected for 5-7 minutes bus computer 
(tupeyshy lamer mounts for 15 minutes). Who interested in

   2. Shipping Spectrum files via the network:


   - Up to a PC through a program HOBETA (MS-DOS);

   - Archiving obtained after copying the files in any archive 
manager for the PC (ZIP, APJ, but not RARom!)

TR-DOS disk) one of the ZX-Spectrum emulator on the PC (program
makefdi.exe) or *. TRD (program zcop.com).

on other platforms (AMIGA, PC, etc.) and not only in Moscow!


   We welcome the connection to our network of individual 
subscribers and established networks in other cities. Condition
